If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to request a return from the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email us at lunookstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inform you of the status of your refund after the inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that:
- Refunds may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at lunookstore@gmail.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
